Our Policy
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
How to Request an Exchange or Return:
- Go to your Orders page.
- Select the item you want to exchange or return.
- Click on "Request Exchange/Return".
- Fill out the form with your reason.
- Follow the instructions for shipping your item back.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Original payment method will be used for the refund.
